Erin Lehmberg is an attorney with Simmons & Brown, PLLC. She focuses on the areas of real estate development, renewable energy, business entity formation, commercial acquisitions and sales, real estate transactions, estate planning and probate matters, and contract drafting and review. Erin has spent much of her time in recent years helping real estate developers in the Texas Panhandle with a myriad of legal issues, including the purchase and sale of real estate; leases; real estate development issues including platting, deed restrictions, and public improvement districts; homeowner’s association and condominium association law; title issues; easements and rights-of-way; and foreclosures. Erin also has extensive experience in assisting clients with probate, estate planning, business entity, and general transactional matters.
Erin grew up outside of Estancia, New Mexico, where her parents run a cow-calf operation. She enjoys hiking, water skiing, and spending time with her husband, Otto, and their two daughters. Erin and her family live in Bushland, Texas, and are members of The Church at Bushland.
