Lindsey is a transactional attorney whose practice focuses on real estate law, with particular experience advising developers and property owners associations. Originally from Illinois, she has lived in Texas since 2018.
In her prior role, Lindsey regularly assisted real estate developers with the creation and implementation of governing documents for residential and commercial developments. Her work included drafting declarations, bylaws, and other governing instruments for property owners associations, as well as providing legal analysis and opinions on corporate governance matters and other issues affecting community associations.
In addition to her developer-side work, Lindsey has represented property owners associations following turnover from the developer. In that role, she has drafted and amended governing documents, reviewed and negotiated contracts, and advised boards on a wide range of operational and governance matters.

Outside of her legal practice, Lindsey enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, their two children, and their dog.
